  • What date is the Vision Celebration taking place?
    February 16-20, 2026
  • Where is the 2026 Vision Celebration taking place?
    The Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort
  • Will I be able to setup a vendor table at this event?
    We are hosting an onsite vendor fair during the Leadership Celebration. However, not all sponsorship levels include participation in the vendor fair. Please use our Shop page to view the benefits with each level.
  • What day is the Vendor Fair taking place?
    The Vendor Fair will be on the morning of Tuesday, February 17th.
  • I will need to ship items for my vendor table to resort. Will this be allowed?
    Yes- while we don't have full details on this yet, you will be provided with shipping/notification details so that you can prepare for your table at the vendor fair.
  • How many attendees will be at the Vendor Fair?
    There will be approximately 100 attendees at the Vendor Fair.
  • Will I need a passport to attend this event?
    Yes- please allow yourself a 3-month lead time if applying for a passport for this event.
  • I'm buying a sponsorship that includes travel. How many days can I stay?
    All packages that include resort stays have the option to stay the full week of our event. Check-in will be Monday, Feb 16, 2026; check-out is Friday, Feb. 20, 2026. If you do not wish to stay the entire week, it is not required. If you only plan on staying for a portion of the event, please contact Jenelle Hawkins at jhawkins@vhghotels.com to assist in arranging the dates for your room reservation.
  • Are flights included in sponsorship packages with travel?
    No- sponsorship packages that include resort stays and onsite activities do not include the cost of flight tickets. Please book these individually.
  • What forms of payment can you receive for our sponsorship?
    We have our Vision PayPal attached to this website. If you need to be invoiced and will be paying via check, please email Jenelle Hawkins at jhawkins@vhghotels.com.
  • When are payments due for our sponsorship?
    Sponsorship payments are due no later than Dec. 1, 2025.
  • We paid for a sponsorship that includes travel, but plans have changed and are unable to attend. Can refunds be processed?
    Unfortunately, no. Once payments for sponsorships have been processed, we are unable to issue refunds.
